A man has been charged for a series of thefts in Lindsay, say police.On March 6, at 3:37 p.m., Kawartha Lakes Police say officers responded to a Kent Street West business for a theft in progress.Store staff reportedly observed a male as he concealed items in a reusable shopping bag, placing them in his cart.
